Fujii Sake Brewery is located in Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture. They have been making traditional sake for over 150 years since 1863.

"Ryusei" is the original brand that the brewery still treasures. Designed to be enjoyed with meals, it has a rich flavor, a light attack, yet a powerful and full-bodied taste.

This sake is made with Yamadanishiki rice and brewed with kimoto, making it an excellent product with a rich aroma and well-balanced flavor. It goes well with salty foods and is recommended to be served chilled.
