This sake is made using 100% Hiroshima Prefecture's sake-brewing rice variety "Hattan 35".
Hattan 35 is a rice variety suitable for sake brewing that has long been representative of Hiroshima Prefecture.
It inherited the lineage of the mythical native rice "Hattangusa" and was created by crossbreeding "Hattan 10" and "Shuho".

It is softer than Hattan Nishiki and may crumble during polishing, but it absorbs water well and dissolves easily.
It has a fine, clear taste and a lustrous aroma, and is characterized by a smooth, light sake that is easy to drink.
