This is a refreshing Junmai Ginjo sake made from 100% Yamadanishiki rice.
It has a clean, refined aroma reminiscent of muscat or melon, and is characterized by its clean mouthfeel and refreshing sharpness with a crisp acidity.

This sake is brewed almost entirely by hand, using the wisdom and experience of the master brewer, from washing and steaming the rice to making the koji, and is refreshing yet brings out the rich flavor of the rice, allowing you to enjoy a long aftertaste.

It goes well with food, and is especially recommended for sushi and sashimi.
