This Japanese whiskey, distilled in Kiyosu City, Aichi Prefecture, is a well-balanced blend of malts and grains that have been carefully aged for 5 years using the fragrant sake yeast unique to sake breweries.
By post-ripening a portion of the malt whiskey in scotch barrels, it gives a sweet scent like vanilla and a complex and thick body.
A well-balanced blend of malt using fragrant sake yeast and grain using only carefully selected barley. It has a rich vanilla-like scent and a strong, heavy taste.
